Directions
From the south M74/M8 Glasgow
On approaching Glasgow on M74, change to the M8 and follow signs for Glasgow Central. Follow signs to Airport; pass Airport then follow signs for Erskine Bridge; follow signs for Loch Lomond take off at Junction 30; go over bridge (toll 60p); take A82 Crianlarich; continue till large roundabout near Balloch; take A811 to Stirling; 3½ miles after the village of Gartocharn you meet the A809 at a T-junction; turn right and you will come to the village of Croftamie; on the left you will see The Wayfarers restaurant and bar; Dalhougal House is directly opposite.
From the east / Edinburgh
Take the M9 to Stirling leave at Exit 10; take exit signed to Doune; after Safari Park take road on left signed to Gargunnock; travel this road approx 2½ miles to T-junction with A811 signed to Erskine Bridge; keep on the A811 passing through villages of Arnprior and Buchlyvie; remain on A811 for 3 miles; turn left and immediately right signed Erskine Bridge; after bypassing Drymen ½ mile do NOT turn right but carry on straight ahead to A809 signed Glasgow; you will arrive in Croftamie; follow directions above.
